This privacy policy explains how officehub.in.th ("we", "us") collects, uses, and discloses your personal data when you use the officehub.in.th website or contact us about office space for rent. We comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").
1. Data we collect
Data you give us directly - when you submit an inquiry form or contact us by phone, LINE, or email:
- Your name and company name (if provided)
- Email address and phone number
- Your office requirements, such as space size, budget, move-in timeline, and any message you send us
- The building or area you are interested in (based on the page you inquired from)
Data collected automatically - when you browse the site:
- The page you submitted a form from (URL) and how you arrived at the site, such as advertising campaign parameters (UTM)
- Usage data via cookies and analytics tools (only with your consent - see section 5), such as pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address
- Server and content-delivery-network (CDN) logs, such as IP address, user agent, and access timestamps, kept for security and site operation
2. Purposes and legal bases
We use your personal data to:
- Respond to your inquiry and provide our office-search service - contacting you back, shortlisting options, arranging viewings, and assisting with negotiation (performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request prior to entering one)
- Coordinate with building owners or office-space providers that match your requirements (steps taken at your request - see section 3)
- Analyse and improve the website - understanding which channels visitors come from and how they use the site (consent, given via the cookie banner)
- Keep the site secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest)
- Comply with applicable law (legal obligation)
3. Sharing with building owners and office-space providers
Our service is helping you find the right office. When you send us an inquiry, we pass the necessary details (such as your name, contact information, and requirements) to the building owners, building agents, or serviced office / coworking providers relevant to your requirements - and only to them - so they can prepare information, arrange viewings, and provide quotations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Service providers that process data on our behalf
We use third-party providers to operate the website and communicate with you, including a hosting and content-delivery-network (CDN) provider, an email delivery service, and internal team communication tools. These providers process data only on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.
In addition:
- Google - we use Google Tag Manager and Google analytics tools (which run only with your consent - see section 5), and embedded Google Maps on building pages. Loading this content transmits data such as your IP address to Google, subject to Google's privacy policy.
- LINE - if you choose to contact us via LINE, the conversation is also subject to LINE's own privacy policy.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses two types of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies - required for the basic operation of the site, including remembering your consent choice. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics cookies - set via Google Tag Manager to collect website usage statistics. These run only after you accept them in the cookie banner.
You can withdraw consent or change your preferences at any time via the cookie banner on the site, or delete/block cookies in your browser settings.
6. International data transfers
Some of the providers in section 4 operate servers outside Thailand (for example, in the United States or the European Union), so your data may be transferred abroad. We use only providers with adequate data-protection standards and ensure transfers comply with the PDPA.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your inquiry and contact details for as long as needed to provide our service - generally no longer than 2 years from our last interaction with you, unless an ongoing transaction or a legal requirement means we must keep it longer. Website usage statistics are retained according to the retention settings of the analytics tools we use.
8. Your rights under the PDPA
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
- Have your data corrected and kept up to date
- Have your data deleted or destroyed
- Restrict or object to the collection, use, or disclosure of your data
- Have your data transferred to another data controller
- Withdraw consent you have previously given, at any time
- Lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe we have not complied with the law

We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures - such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to those who need it - to protect your data against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.
